Mr. Hall was born and raised in Kentucky, and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for past 16 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at Kennesaw State University earning two Bachelor of Science degrees in Communications and Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University College of Law where he served on the Mock Trial Team, the Moot Court Board, and the Law Review, while also clerking at the Rhode Island Superior Court.
Mr. Hall began his legal career handling workers compensation claims on behalf of employees and carriers at Miller, Kagan, Rodriguez, & Silver, P.A. He then joined a large property insurance defense firm Groelle & Salmon, P.A. where he was a Partner and spent 16 years representing insurance companies in all aspects of first party property claims and litigation, gaining a tremendous amount of trial and appellate experience.
Now a member of Shelton McKean, Mr. Hall brings a wealth of experience representing insurance companies for first party property claims and lawsuits. His expertise provides services to insurance companies for all aspects of pre-suit claims handling including coverage evaluation, examinations under oath, assistance with SIU investigation. In litigation, Mr. Hall’s expertise provides services to handling every phase of litigation all the way through trial, appeal, and extra-contractual bad faith.
Mr. Hall is also certified by the Florida Department of Insurance as an instructor for continuing education courses, and has presented at numerous insurance seminars and at internal seminars for insurers through Florida on all aspects of first party property claims and litigation.
Mr. Hall lives in Tampa with his two children and two dogs. Mr. Hall spends a considerable amount of his spare time giving back to the community volunteering at the Metropolitan Ministries and the Tampa Bay Humane Society with his children. He can also often be found out kayaking or paddle boarding the Tampa Bay waters.
