Kendall O. Pfeifer was born and raised in Ft. Myers and Gainesville, Florida. She attended Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, where she played volleyball, majored in business management, and minored in Spanish and economics. After graduating summa cum laude in May 2010, she came back home to study law at the University of Florida. Her law school accolades include earning the Book Award in Trial Practice, serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Journal of International Law, and graduating with cum laude honors. Kendall began her legal career with Banker Lopez Gassler P.A., where she practiced insurance defense with a focus on automobile negligence and premises liability cases. Now a member of Shelton McKean, she continues to defend insurance companies and their insureds in both state and federal court. In 2016, Super Lawyers recognized her as a Rising Star in insurance coverage. Kendall lives in Clearwater with her husband, who is a local intellectual property attorney.
