Abigail Gallagher

Biography

Abigail Gallagher was born and raised on Long Island, New York. She completed her undergraduate studies at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida with a major in Legal Studies and a minor in Psychology. With a passion and fervency for wanting to uphold justice, and to be a voice and advocate for others, Abigail attended law school at Western Michigan University where she graduated cum laude. While enrolled, Abigail was a member of the International Legal Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi, and was a member and participant of Moot Court competitions.

Prior to joining Shelton McKean, Abigail worked as a litigation paralegal at Burnetti, P.A.  She was able to assist attorneys with personal injury cases as well as attend and work on trials. While at the firm, she confirmed her passion for trial advocacy.

Abigail is excited to be a part of Shelton McKean and to bring her passion for litigation and oral advocacy to the area of insurance defense.
