B. Thomas Hall
Biography
B. Thomas Hall was born in Alabama but spent most of his life between the East and West coasts of Central Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. After spending a few years pursuing acting in New York, Tom decided to put his interpersonal skills to work as a lawyer.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson College of Law with a concentration in Environmental law. While at Stetson, Tom worked as a research assistant for one of his professors and served as an editor for the Journal of International Wildlife Law and Policy. Tom also spent several years as a law clerk at a local criminal defense firm.
After he received his Juris Doctorate, he went on to earn his L.L.M in Taxation with the University of Georgetown. He then decided to return to his home state to practice law and promptly joined Deloitte Tax. As a member of their Tax Controversy team, he worked with some of the largest corporations in the world on complex tax and legal issues. Looking to expand on his experience with controversy, Tom decided to pivot into civil litigation with Shelton McKean where he currently represents both businesses and individuals alike.
While not working on behalf of his clients, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
