Natalia Pastwa

Biography

Natalia Pastwa is a first-generation immigrant from Poland. As an Associate Attorney at Shelton | McKean, Ms. Pastwa primarily focuses her practice on civil litigation defending businesses and individuals.

Ms. Pastwa obtained her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a Certificate of Concentration in Business Transactions and received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida. While in law school, Ms. Pastwa earned the Book Award for the highest grade achieved in Torts and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

During her law school career, Ms. Pastwa worked as a law clerk with a preeminent law firm in Dunedin, Florida where she assisted corporations and individuals with complex commercial real estate transactions, title insurance disputes, and landlord/tenant matters.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Pastwa was a paralegal for a personal injury firm in Pinellas Park, Florida, where she was responsible for handling clients’ settlement disbursements and obtaining proper compensation for their injuries.

Outside of the office, Ms. Pastwa enjoys boating and spending quality time outdoors with her fiancé, son, and their German Shepherd.
