Natalia Pastwa
Biography
Natalia Pastwa is a first-generation immigrant from Poland. As a trial attorney at Shelton | McKean, Mrs. Pastwa primarily focuses her practice on defense in civil litigation including premises liability, first and third-party motor vehicle negligence, and defense of government entities.
Mrs. Pastwa obtained her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a Certificate of Concentration in Business Transactions and received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida. Prior to joining Shelton | McKean, Mrs. Pastwa worked as a law clerk with a preeminent law firm in Dunedin, Florida where she assisted corporations and individuals with complex commercial real estate transactions, title insurance disputes, and landlord/tenant matters. Mrs. Pastwa previously worked as a paralegal at a personal injury firm in Pinellas Park, Florida, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of personal injury claims, from pre-suit through trial preparation.
